The ceremony will be held outdoors on the golf course and will begin promptly at 5:15 PM; please plan attire accordingly. If there is inclement weather, a decision to move the ceremony indoors will be made by 1:00 PM on the day of the wedding.

Yes, there is a parking lot on site.

We have reserved a room block at The Hyatt Regency Lisle- Naperville. Please book your stay as soon as possible to guarantee a room in our block. Use the code G-SAWD or mention the Sandstrom/Gutierrez wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

We will provide scheduled shuttle service between the Hyatt Regency Lisle-Naperville and the venue; exact pickup and return times will be posted here closer to the wedding.

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway; they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.

For guests flying in, O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is the nearest airport and offers the most flight options. There are also several hotel options conveniently located near the airport.

We request Formal attire for our wedding; avoid casual wear. For more guidance and visual examples, please visit the Dress Code page on our website. Note: The bridal party will be wearing forest green.

We'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation.

Our celebration will be adults-only, except for children who are immediate family members or part of the wedding party.

Yes. Guests with dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated. Please include this information with your RSVP so the caterer can prepare an appropriate meal.

Yes. An open bar will be available during the reception, offering beer, wine, and a selection of cocktails. Shots will not be served, so please do not request them. We ask that guests drink responsibly and respect the venue’s policies.

We are having an unplugged ceremony. Please- no photos or videos during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer capturing the day, and we kindly ask that cell phones remain put away so they do not appear in our photos and everyone can be fully present. Please save all photos and videos for the reception!

Feel free to post photos during the reception. We just ask that you keep your phones away during the ceremony.
